Caseload/s: Occupational Rehab
Provider/s: NDIS, SIRA, DVA, CTP

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and psychological conditions, evaluating their capacity to return to work.
  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans focusing on enhancing clients' functional abilities and vocational readiness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, employers, and insurers to coordinate rehabilitation efforts and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide vocational counseling and job placement assistance to facilitate clients' successful return to work.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting rehabilitation strategies as needed to ensure sustained improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.


Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
  • Relevant certification or licensure in rehabilitation counseling or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation, preferably within a clinic-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of physical and psychological barriers to employment and return-to-work strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in utilising technology for documentation and communication purposes.
