Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech pathology interventions for clients with neurological conditions.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans to address speech, language, swallowing, and communication difficulties.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure holistic care and consistent progress monitoring.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in both clinic and community settings, as per client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, including assessment reports, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of speech pathology.


Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Experience working with clients with neurological conditions, preferably in a clinic-based setting.
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention skills in speech pathology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing caseloads, calendars, and administrative tasks.
