The Role:

This role presents an opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a dynamic team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on due diligence and approval pathways.
  • Preparation of essential documents such as Statement of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposals.
  • Reviewing technical reports and plans supporting applications.
  • Liaising with Councils, State Government Agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborating closely with technical consultants for timely application preparation.

About You:

Ideally, you hold a tertiary degree or postgraduate qualifications in town planning, urban and regional planning, or environmental science. Proficiency in written communication and a sound understanding of the NSW Planning System are essential. The ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders is highly advantageous.
