Location Broadmeadow & Gosford | Primarily clinic based

Caseload/s Specialised OR Mixed | Adolescents, adults, paediatrics, mental health & home mod

Provider/s NDIS, Private

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS participants, addressing functional abilities, activities of daily living, mobility, and environmental adaptations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' functional abilities, including physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial factors, to identify barriers to participation and develop Individualised intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to set meaningful goals and develop customised intervention plans aimed at improving functional outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, including activity modification, adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and skill training, to support clients in achieving their functional goals and maximising independence.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Allied Health Tertiary Qualified
  • AHPRA registered
  • Ideally 2+ years experience within a multidisciplinary team
  • Full Working Rights
  • WWCC, Police Check & NDIS Worker Check
