An established and respected engineering business in the Upper Hunter region is currently seeking an Administration & Payroll Support Officer to join their team. This role offers flexibility with either full-time or part-time hours available, depending on your availability and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce

Managing timesheets, leave records, and employee data updates

Providing general administrative support to office and operational teams

Assisting with accounts, data entry, and document management

Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance processes
What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in payroll or administration (ideally both)

High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with payroll systems is advantageous

A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Based locally or willing to travel to Muswellbrook
