About the Role
We're recruiting experienced Industrial Electricians to join a well-established processing facility in Inverell. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting plant equipment to ensure maximum uptime and safe operation. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment to reduce downtime

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents

• Work with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems

• Maintain high safety standards across all tasks

• Collaborate with the broader maintenance team on upgrades and improvements

What Youll Bring

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology

• NSW Electrical Licence

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Working knowledge of motor controls, PLCs, and VFDs

• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations

• Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
