Location: Parkes, Dubbo & Central NSW
$45-$65 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Multiple Rosters Available

About the Opportunity
A reputable mechanical maintenance provider in regional NSW is seeking experienced Mechanical Tradespeople to join their team in a full-time, on-site capacity. With over 15 years of industry experience, this business supports a diverse range of clients, ensuring the efficient operation of critical mechanical assets across mining, heavy industry, and regional infrastructure.

About the Role
Were looking for trade-qualified Fitters, Welders, or HD Fitters for on-site mechanical maintenance and repair services. Youll apply your trade skills in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities, including:

• Preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment

• Troubleshooting and resolving faults on-site

• Liaising directly with clients to assess and deliver maintenance needs

• Recording completed work and reporting accurately

• Ensuring safety procedures and risk assessments are followed

Requirements

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate Fitting or Welding

• Manual Drivers Licence (company vehicle may be supplied)

• Experience in mining or heavy industry highly regarded

• HRW licences such as FL, WP, DG, RB, RI, RA, CN, C6, or C1 are advantageous

• Current Work at Heights and Confined Spaces (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset
