A leading, family-owned food processing business is expanding its operations in Young, NSW. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility now operational, were seeking motivated Production Operators to join the team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate equipment across production lines

• Conduct in-process quality checks and record accurate documentation

• Identify and report machinery or process issues

• Work to reduce downtime and achieve production targets

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards

• Contribute to a team-oriented, safety-focused culture

About You:

• Experience in production, FMCG, or food manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and reliable approach

• Team-oriented with solid communication skills

• Willing to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry

️ Desirable:

• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)

• Experience with automated processing systems

• Familiarity with WHS and food safety protocols
