We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Account Manager – Public Sector & Large Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing strategic accounts, developing business opportunities, and supporting the Groups continued growth in the public and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities 

  • Drive the promotion and sale of integrated high-tech solutions to Public Sector and Large Accounts
  • Develop and close strategic business opportunities, including cross-selling of QnR Group offerings
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction
  • Lead customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and bid-related engagements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant offers, tenders, and projects
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline, ensure CRM accuracy, and report performance to the CCO
  • Ensure successful project delivery aligned with customer expectations and contractual commitments
  • Monitor public procurement frameworks and contribute market insights to commercial strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven work experience in similar position in the public sector
  • Strong knowledge of public procurement and tendering processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group collaboration, analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Target oriented and highly self-motivated
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions (ERP, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.) will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce)
