Technical Consultant (IBM MAXIMO Specialist)

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for the provision of consulting services utilizing IBM Maximo® Application Suite, a set of software applications for asset monitoring, management, predictive maintenance and reliability planning.

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling and Planning skills
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives
• Ability to ask clarifying questions as needed to fully diagnose and understand customer requests
• Maintain project oversight in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
• Experience in production planning and inventory management is a plus
• Knowledge of IBM Maximo architecture or other Asset Management application
• Knowledge of basic programming fundamentals
• Experience with software systems deployment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
