Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in manufacturing or high-tech assembly environments; familiarity with electronic components preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with WMS and ERP/MRP inventory modules; knowledge of barcoding/scanning
- Understanding of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
- Ability to operate or oversee safe use of forklifts and material handling equipment
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations – Supervise activities across shipping, receiving, material handling, and kitting/trolley preparation.
- Manage and develop teams – Schedule, mentor, and train warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols.
- Support cycle count accuracy – Oversee daily cycle counts and collaborate with Inventory Analysts to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure efficient material flow – Coordinate delivery of materials to production lines, including liquid cooling modules and rack integration projects.
- Maintain system compliance – Ensure accurate processing of receiving, transfers, and shipments in WMS and ERP/MRP systems.
- Uphold quality standards – Maintain 5S organization, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Oversee shipping & receiving – Validate packing slips, BOLs, and customs documents to ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics.
