Requirements

• Technical training in aircraft sheet metal or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of structural repair/modification experience (corporate aircraft preferred)
• Strong understanding of structural repair techniques and materials
• A&P or Repairman Certificate preferred
• Must have own hand tools and ability to track inventory
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and in various weather conditions
• Basic computer skills

What you’ll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft structures and components
• Fabricate, modify, and install sheet metal and composite parts
• Perform structural repairs both on-aircraft and off-aircraft
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and repair manuals
• Document work per FAA and company standards
• Safely operate ground support equipment
• Support onsite and offsite maintenance operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S practices
