Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-tech assembly environments; familiarity with electronic components preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with WMS and ERP/MRP inventory modules; knowledge of barcoding/scanning
  • Understanding of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
  • Ability to operate or oversee safe use of forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily warehouse operations – Supervise activities across shipping, receiving, material handling, and kitting/trolley preparation.
  • Manage and develop teams – Schedule, mentor, and train warehouse staff while enforcing safety protocols.
  • Support cycle count accuracy – Oversee daily cycle counts and collaborate with Inventory Analysts to resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure efficient material flow – Coordinate delivery of materials to production lines, including liquid cooling modules and rack integration projects.
  • Maintain system compliance – Ensure accurate processing of receiving, transfers, and shipments in WMS and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Uphold quality standards – Maintain 5S organization, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Oversee shipping & receiving – Validate packing slips, BOLs, and customs documents to ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics.
