Repair Technician

Pay: $24-$28/hr (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM)
• 2nd Shift (3:30 PM-12:00 AM)
• 3rd Shift (11:30 PM-7:30 AM)

Requirements

• Experience in PCBA repair, testing, and rework
• Strong manual soldering and SMT skills
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures - Identify root causes and perform detailed diagnostics.
• Perform precision soldering - Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, BGAs, and rework.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment - Including 3D X-ray systems, rework stations, and solder pots.
• Interpret technical documentation - Schematics, datasheets, and test specifications.
• Support fellow technicians - Provide guidance on testing procedures and IPC quality standards.
