About Quant

Quant provides the orchestration and interoperability infrastructure for programmable money. We run live infrastructure for major central banks and a multi-bank tokenised deposit network.

The Product Team

The Product Team is responsible for defining Quant's customer propositions, owning requirements for our core products, understanding the market and its needs as it quickly changes.

We are a diverse and high performing group, working on innovative new products, working with customers to identify their needs and with an Engineering team that releases new functionality every two weeks.

We work in a collaborative, dynamic environment, following best practice processes that we adopt, modify and improve to suit Quant's needs as we grow.

We communicate continuously, in person and remotely and use a range of visual tools, technical flows, user journeys and prototypes to clearly articulate propositions across the whole business.

We feed back to each other honestly and regularly and all team members have their own mentors or coaches – we strongly believe in continuously learning and improvement and aim to build strong careers for all our team members.

We master our tools and processes, building automation into as many of our processes as possible, so we can concentrate on high value work, while providing transparency and real time information to our colleagues.
