What We are Looking For:

As Quantigo AI enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an AI Data Labeling Associate to join our team. The Associate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across project workflows, with a strong focus on defect identification and classification. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, consistency in quality assurance, and the ability to identify project-specific challenges while guiding a team of annotators. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with Delivery Leads and Project Managers to provide feedback, refine processes, and maintain project accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze team members work against defined defect classification standards (e.g., decay, mold, rot, bruising, or injuries) and provide feedback.

• Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members; share observations with Delivery Leads to support targeted coaching.

• Collaborate with Delivery Leads to ensure quality gaps and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Lead and manage a team of up to 10 annotators/delivery assistants, ensuring consistent application of quality standards.

• Spot project-specific challenges in defect identification or workflow and communicate them to Delivery Leads and Project Managers.

• Work with management to refine quality assurance methods and annotation standards, updating processes as required.

• Track progress against the Project Charter and maintain accurate reporting of quality performance.

• Provide feedback and recommendations on recurring quality gaps to inform training initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date records of team members quality performance for use in performance reviews.

• Attend team briefings to understand and align with project guidelines and requirements.

• Develop and implement the Quality Assurance process in line with project requirements.

• Support Delivery Leads in preparing project reports when needed.

• Ensure team members consistently meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks when required, including annotations, training, onboarding new annotators, and maintaining daily progress reports.

Who You Are:

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation Degree from any reputed Agricultural University

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Ecosystem.

Experience Requirements:

• Preferable 0-1 year of experience working with any BPO company. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Experience in working with a start-up will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Highly organized and able to multitask.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lead a team.
