What We are Looking For:
We are seeking an Project Delivery Associate to oversee and guide data annotation teams working on diverse AI/ML projects. They will serve as the primary communication link between the client and the annotation teams, ensuring that project guidelines are fully understood and accurately implemented.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable guidance for local teams. They will manage quality assurance, provide training, and ensure smooth collaboration with clients and global experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main communication bridge with clients, receiving instructions directly and conveying them clearly and effectively to annotation teams.
Interpret and thoroughly understand project guidelines, ensuring accurate application across the team.
Provide clear briefings, training, and ongoing guidance to annotation team members.
Lead daily annotation activities, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and within deadlines.
Monitor and review team outputs to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client standards.
Identify, document, and escalate edge cases or ambiguous scenarios, maintaining proactive communication with clients for resolution.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, targeted training, and workshops to strengthen team skills and project readiness.
Who You Are:
Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
1/2 years of professional experience in project coordination, team leadership, or data annotation/AI-related work.
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required) with the ability to interact directly with international clients.
Strong leadership and advisory capabilities, with experience leading small teams.
Ability to clearly interpret and relay client instructions to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Experience with digital tools for data management/annotation (preferred but not mandatory).
Good to have:
Prior experience in data annotation, AI/ML projects, or digital data management.
Exposure to working with international clients or global project teams.
Experience conducting training, workshops, or process documentation.
