What Were Looking For:

As Quantigo AI continues to expand into its next phase of growth, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining project documentation, coordinating updates across departments, and preparing reports that support data-driven decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project operations within a dynamic and fast-paced AI services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop full-stack web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Manage and optimize databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization, data consistency, and application security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy features and iterate based on user feedback.

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript on both client and server sides.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
• Expertise in database design and management with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js (SSR/API Routes), and Tailwind CSS.
• Proficient with version control (Git) and cloud deployment workflows.
• Bachelors degree in CSE/EEE or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location: On-site, Dhaka (Uttara Sector 3)
Schedule: Mon–Fri: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (WFO, Hybrid) & 11:00 pm – 12:00 am (WFH)
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
