What We are Looking For:
We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist who will manage client accounts post-sale, focusing on onboarding, day-to-day relationship management, and ensuring successful project execution. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, who wants to take ownership of accounts while growing into more senior responsibilities. You'll be expected to manage multiple clients, support renewals, and identify upsell opportunities, while escalating complex situations to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Relationship Management
Welcome new clients and lead their onboarding process, including kickoff calls, documentation, and project setup.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining consistent communication and trust.
Address client questions, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate complex concerns when needed.
Project Oversight & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and other stakeholders, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Monitor deliverable timelines and raise risks or delays to leadership when necessary.
Ensure clients are aligned with internal workflows, milestones, and expectations.
Customer Success & Retention
Track client satisfaction, usage, and engagement to ensure ongoing value delivery.
Collect and share client feedback to improve services.
Prepare renewal communications and support upselling opportunities identified in accounts.
Billing & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to gather invoicing details and share them with clients.
Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and contribute to monthly/quarterly reporting.
Who You Are:
Were looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused individual with 1.53 years of experience in sales support, customer success, or client management. Ideally, you'll have:
Experience: 2-3 years in a customer-facing role in customer success, account management, or operations support. Experience in tech, outsourcing, or data-related services is a plus.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable with both client and internal interactions.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to AI/ML, data labeling, or B2B services is a plus, but not required well train the right candidate.
Tools: Working knowledge of CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools like ClickUp or Trello.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple clients and internal teams without dropping the ball.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. You take initiative, ask smart questions, and follow through with precision and professionalism.
