What Were Looking For:

As Quantigo AI continues to expand into its next phase of growth, we are looking for a Intern - Community & Resource to support our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining project documentation, coordinating updates across departments, and preparing reports that support data-driven decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project operations within a dynamic and fast-paced AI services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Growth: Assist in recruiting and onboarding freelance data annotators to expand our global talent pool.
• Resource Management: Help maintain an organized database of thousands of remote freelancers, tracking their skills, experience, and project preferences.
• Project Coordination: Stay informed about ongoing projects at Quantigo AI to appropriately match freelancers with project requirements.
• Resource Allocation: Support the rotation and placement of freelancers across data annotation, LLM, and LiDAR projects based on their qualifications and availability.
• Community Engagement: Maintain regular communication with our freelancer community to keep them active and engaged.
• Daily Operations: Assist with day-to-day community management tasks and administrative support.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and Bangla to communicate effectively with both international and local annotators.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in AI industry, data annotation, or community management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Weekend: Saturday and Sunday
Work Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WHF)
Shift duration: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Reporting to: Delivery Manager
Contract duration: 3 months
