What We are Looking For:

The Associate Project Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid technical understanding particularly in Python-based AI/ML workflows and automation.

The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client requirements, identifying technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver efficient, data-driven solutions. This is a dynamic position that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the progress of production, quality, and resourcing initiatives to all relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as liaison between the client and our Service Operations team to ensure successful delivery of customer projects.

  • Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams and be responsible for associated client retention, adoption, growth, and satisfaction goals.

  • Manage and deliver work for various projects, provide reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, and handle minor project escalations.

  • Analyze project and performance analytics to support Service Operations teams.

  • Provide internal stakeholders with transparent and attentive project management support covering production and quality management.

  • Participate in training of team members, providing constant feedback on their performance and where necessary, coaching to close performance gaps.

  • Identify potential value additions and/ or areas of work we can target for the client with the justifiable business impact of the proposed solution.

  • Maintain operational and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in data center operations management and developing a strong working knowledge of Quantigo AI products and technologies.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 3-5 years of experience coordinating projects and managing the team is a must. S/he must be confident in working in a fast-paced tech startup. You must be fluent in English.

  • Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals.

  • Good project management skills and the ability to pay attention to qualitative and quantitative trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.

  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated leadership experience; the ability to develop and coach a team.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to details.

  • Passionate, highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player.
