Job Overview:
In preparation for Quantigo AIs new phase of growth, we are looking to hire AI Data Labeling Assistants to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing the annotators work and ensuring quality and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. They need to understand the project guidelines and the requirements clearly.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and review Annotators work output against guidelines/standards and provide feedback.
2. Identify Annotators' strengths and Weaknesses. Provide feedback to Delivery lead on identified areas that individual members of the team need to improve on for coaching.
3. Identify guideline ambiguities and edge-cases for each project and communicate them with the Delivery Lead and Project Management team accordingly.
4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure that best quality assurance and annotation standards are revised and updated where need be.
5. Keep an up-to-date record of individual Annotators quality performance for use in performance reviews.
6. Participate in team briefings to understand the project guidelines and requirements.
7. Prepare the Quality Assurance process as per the project requirements
8. Perform ad-hoc daily tasks when necessary. Tasks include annotations, training, onboarding new annotators, etc.

Educational Qualification and Other Requirements:

1. Graduate/ Under Graduate from any discipline. (for under graduate must have to be final year student)
2. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
4. Experience in working with a start-up will be an advantage.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Device Specification Requirement:

It is a must that you have your own personal laptop which you can use for office purposes The requirement of the device is mentioned below:
1. Should have laptop (no desktop)
2. Core i3 processor
3. 8 GB RAM
4. All aspects of the device should be properly functional.
