What We are Looking For:
The Project Delivery Lead (L1) acts as the key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for maintaining high delivery standards, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that all outputs align with client expectations and quality benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage both client relationships and internal workflows effectively. You will take full ownership of project health driving coordination, anticipating challenges, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client's understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates.
Lead and coordinate the delivery team, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
Translate client requirements into actionable workflows, internal documentation, and task assignments.
Oversee daily project operations tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues before they escalate.
Conduct regular check-ins with the team to ensure quality standards and productivity targets are met.
Collaborate with technical and platform teams to address any annotation or tooling challenges.
Manage project schedules, training documentation, progress logs, and completion reports.
Maintain transparent reporting on project status, KPIs, and overall delivery performance for management review.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
Continuously identify process and communication improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or operations (experience in AI/data annotation preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in project management tools and strong reporting/documentation skills.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement.
