What You Bring
- 7+ years in customer operations or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Expertise in process design and scaling
- Builders mentality comfortable starting from scratch
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration
- Results-driven and calm under pressure
- Effective reporting and tracking
Bonus: Experience in digital marketing for high-risk niches (casino, nutra, crypto, dating).
