About the job Bookkeeper & Executive Assistance

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable bookkeeper with strong executive assistance skills to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and to support essential administrative functions for our Group Company. The Group has a diverse portfolio of businesses, including SaaS, Real Estate, Import/Export, Ecommerce and Retail Shops. This is a full-time onsite position with some flexibility in working hours. Our head office is based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management

  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software such as Xero.

  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare financial reports and summaries.

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

  • Support performance reporting and tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with financial auditing, policies, and regulations.

 Executive Assistance

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, both professional and personal.
  • Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings.
  • Operations support in sales, marketing and customer success.
  • Staff coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero).
  • LCCI Level 2 or ACCA or ACA or any other relevant certifications.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience in office administration or executive support.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle is required

Advantages:
