About the job Bookkeeper & Executive Assistance
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable bookkeeper with strong executive assistance skills to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and to support essential administrative functions for our Group Company. The Group has a diverse portfolio of businesses, including SaaS, Real Estate, Import/Export, Ecommerce and Retail Shops. This is a full-time onsite position with some flexibility in working hours. Our head office is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software such as Xero.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports and summaries.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
Support performance reporting and tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial auditing, policies, and regulations.
Executive Assistance
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both professional and personal.
- Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive meetings.
- Operations support in sales, marketing and customer success.
- Staff coordination and communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero).
LCCI Level 2 or ACCA or ACA or any other relevant certifications.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in office administration or executive support.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle is required
Advantages:
