We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead with extensive hands-on media buying experience to spearhead our marketing efforts and accelerate growth for our SaaS platform specializing in advertising solutions for high-risk niches, such as Crypto, iGaming, Dating, and Nutra.

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership role that combines expertise in Facebook media buying with a broader focus on marketing strategy, user acquisition, and revenue growth. If you are passionate about driving measurable results and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This isn't just about media buying. You will play a pivotal role in creating, optimizing, and managing ad campaigns while training and coaching customers to help them succeed in their businesses. From designing high-performing campaigns to delivering one-on-one coaching sessions, you'll ensure that our clients excel in navigating the complexities of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new users, and drive customer retention.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns with a primary focus on Facebook advertising, while leveraging additional channels like email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess user behavior, optimize customer journeys, and inform product marketing strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

Media Buying Mastery:

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns primarily on Facebook, utilizing advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize ad spending to maximize ROI, focusing on audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, copy, and audience segments.
  • Set up and manage custom and Lookalike Audiences, retargeting efforts, and conversion campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on Facebook campaign performance, using data to refine and scale strategies.
  • Create engaging ad creatives, including compelling copy, imagery, and video.

Coaching & Training Expertise:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching sessions, guiding customers to overcome challenges and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Design and deliver training programs on media buying strategies, advanced tools, and best practices.
  • Create up-to-date instructional materials, presentations, and workshops to help customers execute successful campaigns.
  • Teach customers techniques to improve ad budgets, performance, and KPIs through data-driven decision-making.

Campaign Creation & Optimization:

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies to maintain or exceed KPIs, such as Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Run A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Enhance Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by optimizing funnels and continually testing ad variables.
  • Compile and analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with team members via Slack and Google Workspace to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Participate in company meetings, including team huddles, leadership discussions, and training sessions.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve services, lead generation processes, and training programs.

Innovation & Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially in high-risk niches like Crypto, iGaming, Nutra, and Dating.
  • Explore innovative tools and methods to enhance campaign efficiency and customer success.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to BlackScale Medias Code of Engagement and Ethics.

What We Expect from You:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in media buying, with expertise across multiple platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with funnels and tools like GoHighLevel; experience with automation for lead nurturing is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain SOPs and performance reports.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with native-level English fluency.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
  • You will have an added advantage if you have:
  • Experience working with high-risk niches (Crypto, Nutra, iGaming, etc.).
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing networks and forums.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and FBAS (our proprietary platform).
