About Quantum Strides:

Quantum Strides operates at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Integrated Workplace Management Solutions (IWMS). As a premier partner for technology leaders like IBM and AWS, we deliver transformative solutions to a prestigious client portfolio that includes several Fortune 100 companies. Our team of innovators and strategic problem-solvers is dedicated to leveraging technology to overcome complex challenges and drive significant success for our customers. If you are passionate about building the future of enterprise technology and want to make a tangible impact, join us.

About the role
Our AI team builds generative-AI products in-house. We're looking for a final-year student or recent grad to join as a GenAI Engineer Intern and get hands-on with modern, cloud-based AI from day one.
This isn't a "follow the spec" role. We care more about how you think than how many lines of code you've written. If you can take a fuzzy problem, reason your way to a sensible approach, build a rough version, and learn fast when it breaks - you'll do well here. The work is real: you'll contribute to products people actually use, not throwaway demos.

What you'll do

  • Help design, build, and ship GenAI features — RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications, and conversational interfaces — across our products.
  • Take ambiguous problems, break them into approaches, prototype quickly, and iterate based on what you learn.
  • Work with LLM APIs and AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda) to wire up prototypes, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Build and consume APIs to connect models to data, databases, and backend systems.
  • Test, evaluate, and debug AI behavior — prompts, retrieval quality, edge cases — to make sure things actually work.
  • Document what you build and share what you learn with the team.
  • Keep up with a fast-moving field and bring ideas back to us.

What we're looking for

  • Currently in your final year, or a recent grad, in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field — or equivalent ability you can demonstrate.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking. You can take a vague problem and reason toward a solution instead of waiting for exact instructions.
  • Working knowledge of Python — you can read and write basic code. You don't need to be an expert.
  • Exposure to AI / ML / NLP concepts through coursework or projects.
  • A basic understanding of the cloud, specifically AWS — you know the core building blocks and have spent at least a little time in the console.
  • Real curiosity and the habit of teaching yourself new things.
  • Clear communication — you can explain your reasoning and walk someone through your thinking.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, or similar) through projects, coursework, or internships.
  • Anything you've built with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock), RAG, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with building and consuming APIs.
  • Basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for wiring up simple interfaces.
  • Side projects, hackathons, or anything you've built on your own initiative — we love seeing what you make when no one's assigning it.

What you'll get

  • Real ownership on the products we build and ship.
  • Mentorship and hands-on exposure to production-grade GenAI on AWS.
  • A fast-moving AI toolkit to build with — browser-use agents, voice agents, browser automation (Playwright), and graph & vector databases.
  • A front-row seat on our AI team, where your ideas count.
