A leading distributor of advanced technology components is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across EMEA. With a strong presence in optoelectronics, thermal management, and power electronics, the company supports innovation-led clients with both OEM products and high-value solution services.

This is a remote role with regular travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across the region.

Your Mission

  • Identify Opportunities: Review and prioritise existing and prospective customers with potential to benefit from value-added services technology scouting, integration, and packaging solutions.
  • Grow Strategic Accounts: Increase business development projects and future revenue opportunities by deepening customer engagement.
  • Educate & Influence: Help customers understand the full scope of solution capabilities and how they can solve technical and commercial challenges.
  • Sector Focus: Experience in one or more of the following sectors is a plusmedical technology, renewable energy, defence, or aerospace.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in business development or technical sales across EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling in high-tech or engineering-led environments.
  • Ability to engage with technically sophisticated customers and communicate complex value propositions.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
