OVERVIEW:

Our client, a specialty contracting company, is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily office and field operations, ensuring efficient project delivery, strong team support, and exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations across office administration, field technicians, and shop/warehouse functions
  • Supervise and support staff including customer service, scheduling, and field leads
  • Monitor and review scheduling activities to ensure optimized routes and responsiveness
  • Manage procurement and inventory to support active and upcoming projects
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of service
  • Assist with workflow planning, job readiness, and dispatch coordination
  • Step in to assist with deliveries, materials, or field/shop support as needed
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and operational consistency across all departments
  • Review job estimates or service quotes for accuracy and alignment with scope
  • Ensure effective daily prep and coordination to support technician efficiency

MUST HAVE:

  • Prior experience in the trades, construction, or residential/commercial service industry required
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. as needed
  • Valid drivers license
