Role: Business Development Manager
Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am - 5.15pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35k - £40k (plus car allowance, commission structure, pension, bonus)
Location: Remote working/on the road based in the Leeds area
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client, an independent market leader in the air conditioning and ventilation sector, working in a supportive and friendly environment, covering warm sales leads in Leeds and the surrounding area.
We are looking for an energetic person who:
- Is experienced with handling warms sales and account management, primarily from a remote working setting
- Has a basic understanding of CRM systems
- Has a friendly attitude with strong relationship building skills
- Is ambitious and keen to get stuck in, eager to grow with a highly successful and continuously growing company

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and winning warm leads/inbound generated leads
- Setting up new customers and influencing repeat spending and growth
- Managing accounts initially once secured and handing over to account manager after 6 months
- Follow up all incoming customer enquiries to determine size and allocate accordingly
- Manage and follow up incoming activity
