Position: Finance Manager

Location: Billingstad, Oslo (hybrid 3 days onsite)

Salary: 1,000,000 - 1,200,000 NOK +10% annual bonus, Car Allowance & Fuel Card

About the Job

We're on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our client based in Billingstad, Norway. You'll be leading the finance, credit, accounting, and reporting activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards. You'll also be the go-to person for all audit requests and support for the Country Manager with financial insights and analysis. About You

We're looking for someone with:

• A Master's degree in Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and credit, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop your team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (Swedish is a plus!).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Accountabilities

• Lead the local Finance team and develop their skills.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support the Country Manager with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
• Maintain and verify internal controls in line with SOX and other legislation.
• Manage credit, cash collection, and DSO to meet company targets.
• Oversee salary and HR administration.
• Advise sales and marketing teams on pricing and discount impacts.
• Coordinate with other functions, including company car lease and payroll services.
