Skills and Experience You Need:

  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with financial platforms like CURO or Transact is a major advantage (training provided).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Client Interaction: Confidence in talking to clients and handling their queries directly is crucial. You'll need to be well-organised and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Ethics and Integrity: High standards of ethics and integrity are a must. You should be diligent and able to chase matters to completion.
  • Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the financial advice profession or similar roles is beneficial. Progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
