As a Client Services Team Manager, you will oversee the client services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administration across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the professional development of your team members.

Skills and Experience You Need:
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with financial platforms like CURO or Transact is a major advantage (training provided).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Client Interaction: Confidence in talking to clients and handling their queries directly is crucial. You'll need to be well-organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Ethics and Integrity: High standards of ethics and integrity are a must. You should be diligent and able to chase matters to completion.
- Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the financial advice profession or similar roles is beneficial. Progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
