Packaging Operator

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Packaging Operator for a well-established beverage manufacturing company in Lebanon.

The Packaging Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining product quality, and complying with workplace safety standards.

The role also involves performing routine equipment checks, supporting basic maintenance activities, identifying production losses, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate simple packaging machines and equipment according to established operating procedures.
• Perform packaging operations, including depalletizing activities, in compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance to ensure machines operate at the required speed.
• Identify operational deviations and report equipment-related issues.
• Perform quality checks according to established packaging standards and procedures.
• Ensure product quality and process compliance throughout packaging operations.
• Follow all occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report safety concerns and operational nonconformities promptly.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening activities.
• Support basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Bachelor's degree or higher technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Technology.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Previous exposure to beverage manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or production environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
• Basic understanding of packaging machinery and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow quality and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and operational skills.
