Head of Customer Delivery

The Role:

-          Manage an entire large-scale cloud implementation with P&L ownership

-          Service delivery management of major government projects and initiatives

 

The Responsibilities:

·       To lead teams to deliver project/services successfully and seamlessly across borders ensuring profitability, cost effectiveness, high quality standard and customer satisfactions.

·       To initiate and/or participate in Company’s wide initiatives and to collaborate with others within the Business Unit.

·       To adopt industry best practices and ensure that the right tools, techniques, methodologies and systems to deliver the services that meet international standards.

·       To establish a strong, responsive and trusting relationship with the customers and grow the customers to be strategic partners.

·       Manages the group and staff to ensure that talents are developed and retained.

·       Provide leadership and direction to project teams and oversee the development of competencies and career progression of team members.


The Requirements:

-          A good higher tertiary education with certifications in PMP, CITPM, ITIL

-          Strong experience in infrastructure solutions and Datacentre operations

-          Must have experience managing IT operations in a Singapore Government ministry or Statutory board.

-          Had demonstrated capable leadership to a team of 1000-strong and with sound decision-making skills

-     Due to the nature of the project and for security clearance issues, we regret that only Singaporeans born in Singapore will be considered.
