 Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Core function is to support end-user technology related operations of the company.

  • Provide daily technical advice, support & guidance to staff & management with respect to technical issues, networking, operations, firewall, applications, server management issues and laptops.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint, MS teams and other common applications.
  • Level 2 and Level 3 support of network and applications administration, including troubleshooting on any escalation point for in-house IT support.
  • Strong technical knowledge and management of company’s servers and firewalls, and IT systems such as SCCM, cloning, Intune portal, Active Directory and server related problems.
  • Actively update, maintain, explore, and deploy new software/hardware, policies and procedures, and effective management to enforce them when required.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Work with other Information technology team members to improve efficiency by implementing new processes, tools, strategies, and automations. .

Qualifications & Experience

  • A diploma or degree in Computer Studies or IT.
  • Minimum 5 years to 8 years of end-user support and IT projects
  • Strong customer services skills and problem solving
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a face-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered with extensive experience providing white glove support to all levels of staff
  • In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on macOS, Windows 10, VPNs, PaaS and SaaS applicationsExperienced in deployment and maintaining of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Product, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory administration, MS teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
