Job Description: We are in search of a Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in consulting and pre-sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with clients, structuring problems, identifying gaps, and recommending technology solutions, especially in discussions comparing Salesforce with other COTS software.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and technology landscape.

• Structure complex problems, analyze client requirements, and recommend Salesforce solutions or other COTS software as appropriate.

• Lead client discussions, workshops, and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Salesforce.

• Collaborate with the technical team to design and architect robust Salesforce solutions.

• Assist the pre-sales team in crafting proposals, conducting demos, and providing technical expertise during client interactions.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and solution design.

Qualifications:

• Strong consulting background with a focus on Salesforce solutions.

• Proven experience in pre-sales activities, including proposal crafting, demos, and client interactions.

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

• Ability to compare and contrast Salesforce with other COTS software and make informed recommendations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills..
