Main Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of Developers/Integrators and Project Manager throughout the software development life cycle in an iterative agile scrum team.
• Provide support in data cleaning and building dashboards, etc. for day-to-day tracking of key success and performance metrics
• Analysis of rich user and transaction data to surface patterns, trends and produce statistic and insights for maintenance and fault prevention
• Develop and communicate insights and recommended actions to stakeholders to manage risk by contributing toward machine learning models, rules and other detection systems

The ideal candidate should have:

• A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Maths or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with the product development engineers to coordinate development of data pipelines, and or any new products features that can be built on top of the results of data analysis
• Data engineering experience, including SQL and experience manipulating structured and unstructured data sources for analysis
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash) for orchestration and data manipulation and statistical computing tools like R, SAS, and SPSS
• Experience working with Elastic and Kibana, Data Lake solutions, and SQL database products
• Ability to evaluate and tackle complex problems and understand the implications of different business approaches
