• Relevant and expert level industry certification and extensive experience in an ICT Pre-Sales Solutions Architect role.
• Hands-on experience working with implementing AIOps and ITSM software solutions and solid understanding of the various technologies, overall market landscape, benefits and challenges
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills and ability to lead and develop presentations
• Prior experience leading opportunities to gather customer requirements
• Experience reviewing and responding to RFP’s and RFI’s
• Ability to communicate with Operations Teams, IT Staff, DBAs, Developers, Architects, Partners and C-Level executives addressing specific business needs with a technology solution
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and communication skill
• Post sales experience (implementations, architecture design, operations) is a bonus
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrated ability in selling and supporting software products to IT organizations
• Proficient in either ITOps or Dev Ops solutions.
• IT Operations and Observability in general – Dev Ops, IT Ops with AI Ops a specific focus for this role

• Experience and familiarity with IT management products and services (Infrastructure monitoring, RCA, …) to functional (Service Management, End to end monitoring, …)
• Experience with networking, server, application, and development technologies.
• Domain expertise with IT operations, application delivery with cloud-based and SaaS solutions
• Exposure to Modern application architecture (microservices, distributed systems, etc) knowledge and understanding.
• Strong knowledge of current infrastructure and application monitoring solutions in the industry.
• Relevant software industry experience in the following: IT Operations/Solutions, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, business applications, and/or analytics. Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience is preferred.
