• Your main role would be to manage and advocate the use of Design System with developers, designers and project stakeholders.
• You are keen to play a supporting role in at least 2 other areas of your strengths (user research, content writing, visual design, interaction design, workshop facilitation) for project delivery
• Possess good communication and collaboration skills to educate, advocate the adoption of design systems with developers and designers, not just someone who is solely good in the design systems style guidelines/components/software craft
• Someone who can think & communicate big picture, but also able to zoom into the details, when necessary.

• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in a design consultancy or similar fields
• Deep expertise in user-centred design, in-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant design discipline (Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Product Design)
• A team player who is able to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity
• Have a great visual design sense and an eye for detail - You should have a portfolio that showcases your prior design systems in educating, advocating, defining, developing and maintaining consistency standards and patterns across the product and other UX work and be able to explain your design decisions.
• Passionate about user-centred design - We look for experience with user research processes and ability to drive research activities such as usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience in Agile and UX development environment
• Experience in a T-shaped design systems role
