Customer Support Specialist
The Responsibilities:
- Enter and process all incoming orders – emails, phone calls, web portal and EDI
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits established
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Understands products and services and can answer general customer inquiries via phone call and email
- High level of satisfaction around creating an exceptional customer experience
- Coordinate activities and processes with various service providers including internal and external partners.
- Coordinate order management activities between internal partner to include; supply planning, distribution, finance, and marketing.
- Independently identify, troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Identifies process improvement opportunities and work with business specialty areas to design and implement.
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years in a Customer Service related role
- Experience with MS Excel, Salesforce and ERP experience (SAP experience is preferred)
- A committed individual and a good team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
