Our client is a Malaysian beauty and wellness chain founded in 2014, offering facial treatments, body slimming, hair removal, spa services, and its own skincare products—targeting consumers who want something more advanced than a traditional facial salon, but less clinical than a doctor-led aesthetic clinic. Today, it operates around 15 outlets across Malaysia, with expansion into Singapore.  They are searching for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth strategy through performance marketing, social media, e-commerce, and online customer acquisition initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and increase outlet sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and disseminating content that will improve company's brand awareness, recognition and drive engagement
  • Developing multiple format of content for various platforms including website, landing pages, social media for the purposes of increasing impressions and customer requests and conversion
  • Community building, reaching the public and target audience through social media and other channels to effectively communicate the company's marketing effort
  • Planning monthly social content calendar, promotional calendar, product or treatment fact sheet and marketing activities
  • Developing a content strategy that can penetrate different market segments
  • Preparing detailed monthly reports of content marketing activities
  • Working with third parties or other partners, media, corporate to create collaborative campaigns
  • Create campaign landing pages and support for emails, digital ads, on site content, SEO content and website

Requirements:

  • Passionate about all things digital and social media
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience managing social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, Blog, Tiktok, Twitter etc
  • Experience with various marketing platforms and social media tools for content delivery
  • Understand Facebook analytics, how content is effectively disseminated in this digital world
  • Experience in Digital Ads, eg: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Experience with video editing, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator would be an advantage
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Required written and spoken English; Mandarin would be an added advantage
