Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Klang HQ. As the Head of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives, leading and managing sales and marketing teams, and monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Sales and Marketing Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing with demonstrated successes in achieving business targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in cross-functional team-building and performance management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships and partnerships
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, best practices, and industry standards in sales and marketing
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing techniques including digital marketing, social media, strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and meet customer needs
  • Experience in the Specialty Ingredients Industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sales and Marketing tools
  • Fluency in English is required.
