  • Generate monthly reports summarizing sales results, pricing trends, market insights, and competitor activities.

Order Processing

  • Provide accurate, competitive quotations to international customers.
  • Oversee end-to-end handling of export sales orders.
  • Prepare and manage essential shipping documents, including invoices and certificates.
  • Maintain adherence to trade regulations and internal procedures.

Logistics

  • Plan and manage timely international deliveries.
  • Improve shipping methods for better cost-efficiency and reliability.
  • Work closely with freight providers and shipping companies to monitor deliveries.

Customer Management

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with global clients.
  • Respond to product inquiries and keep clients informed.
  • Offer support after delivery and quickly resolve any concerns.

Trade Compliance

  • Handle export payments, including processing Letters of Credit.
  • Ensure all transactions meet international trade and financial regulations.
  • Address and resolve any inconsistencies in payments or documentation.

Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot shipping, customs, or delivery delays.
  • Adjust to unique customer requirements with practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve export challenges.

Marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing on new product development and launch strategies.
  • Travel locally and regionally to visit clients and understand market needs.
  • Participate in regional trade shows and international industry events.
