Pre-Sales Consultant, APAC

Job description:

  • Manage the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposal process for all the company's bids.
  • Take full responsibility of tendering process, ensuring timely and high quality submissions.
  • Analyze RFP's requirements, formulate compliance matrices and develop proposals with client needs.
  • Collaborate with management, sales and technical teams to create winning proposals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contract evaluations to ensure profitability and feasibility.
  • Ensure proposals comply the general, commercial, technical and legal requirements.
  • Analyse the winning/failure factors of the proposals; continuously improve the proposal processes.
  • Manage and keep track of the status of all the proposal submissions.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Law; preferably specialised in Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, ELV or Building Services.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in contract management experience in the consulting or engineering sectors.  Regional exposure in SEA/APAC will be an advantage.
  • Command extensive knowledge and understanding in bid management, proposal formulation and contract evaluation.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial and technical aspect of Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security, will be highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial/construction contracts.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese language, both spoken and written.  
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong analytical, ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
  • Proficient with MS Office and proposal management tools.
