About the job Continuous Improvement & Performance Analyst
Job Scope:
- Maintain and update KPI trackers, performance reports, dashboards, and SharePoint sites; ensure timely and accurate reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
- Work closely with stakeholders to address reporting needs, performance queries, and survey feedback professionally.
- Prepare management reports, PowerPoint decks, and documentation such as SOPs and process guides.
- Track business performance through key metrics and support data analysis for informed decision-making and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workshop facilitation, automation projects, and process enhancements.
- Support internal communication efforts, maintain CI portals and boards, and prepare updates that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Solid working experience under a Shared Services setting.
- Experience working under PTP/OTC/RTR functions.
- Prior involvement in continuous improvement, process standardization, automation projects.
- Expert in data collection, analysis and visualization (Power BI experience required).
- Able to work with stakeholders across various levels and countries.
- Confident in conducting workshops to encourage CI mindset and practice within the organization.
- Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
