Job Scope:
  • Maintain and update KPI trackers, performance reports, dashboards, and SharePoint sites; ensure timely and accurate reporting using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address reporting needs, performance queries, and survey feedback professionally.
  • Prepare management reports, PowerPoint decks, and documentation such as SOPs and process guides.
  • Track business performance through key metrics and support data analysis for informed decision-making and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workshop facilitation, automation projects, and process enhancements.
  • Support internal communication efforts, maintain CI portals and boards, and prepare updates that promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Solid working experience under a Shared Services setting. 
  • Experience working under PTP/OTC/RTR functions.
  • Prior involvement in continuous improvement, process standardization, automation projects. 
  • Expert in data collection, analysis and visualization (Power BI experience required). 
  • Able to work with stakeholders across various levels and countries. 
  • Confident in conducting workshops to encourage CI mindset and practice within the organization. 
  • Lean Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
