Sales Manager, MY

Job description:

  • Develop and execute the strategic sales plan to drive business growth and expand clientele base.
  • Collaborate with management, marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives wit overachieving corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfactions and fostering long-term partnership.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and promote technology solutions specifically tailored to the needs of the development markets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales target and business objectives, driving revenue growth in designated vertical markets.
  • Execute business development activities, including travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and other relevant engagements.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology consulting, with proven track record.
  • Knowledge and experience with the commercial and technical aspect of Acoustic, Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Security etc will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese language, both spoken and written.  Command of additional languages, both spoken and written will be advantageous.
  • Independent, highly self-motivated, result driven, good team player and compel to success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, rapport and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness and capacity to travel extensively throughout nationwide/overseas.
  • Proficient with MS Office
