Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and business development strategy for IBS products and solutions.
  • Leverage existing developer, contractor, and consultant networks to drive project wins.
  • Identify and pursue new IBS opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and project scope discussions.
  • Actively manage key client relationships, including regular engagement, meetings, and business dinners.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, production) to ensure solution feasibility and delivery alignment.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small sales team (2–3 headcount) to improve performance and coverage.
  • Track pipeline, sales performance, and market trends to support management decision-making.
  • Represent the company in industry events, networking sessions, and developer engagements.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development within building materials, precast, IBS, concrete products, steel, or construction solutions.
  • Strong existing relationships with property developers and key decision-makers in the construction ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals through relationship-based selling, including negotiations over client entertainment and business dinners.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a small commercial or sales team.
  • Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, growth-oriented role.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to engage confidently with senior clients.
