Position: Director/Sr. Manager

Years of Exp: 12+

Experience in business process analysis (procurement, supply chain) and redesign for large scale ERP

transformation programs (preferably on Oracle Fusion Platform)

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design new

or optimized processes that align with the ERP systems capabilities and the organizations strategic

goals.

Lead client workshops to assess current procurement processes and identify improvement

opportunities.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the ERP

system. Ensure that these requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the organizations

needs.

Develop transition strategy and roadmap from existing platforms to Fusion Procurement.

Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation that illustrate current and future

state processes. Ensure that these maps are used to guide the implementation and configuration of

the ERP system.

Collaborate with system integrators and technical teams to configure the ERP system according to

the designed business processes. Oversee the integration of the ERP system with other business

systems and applications.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the ERP system supports the designed business

processes effectively. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the system meets

business requirements.

Support change management initiatives to business processes resulting from the ERP

implementation. Work with change management teams to ensure smooth transitions and to address

any process-related issues that arise.

Oversee development of training materials and provide training to end-users on new or modified

processes within the ERP system.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership, ensuring business objectives are met.

Oversee implementation teams and ensure quality of design documentation and recommendations.

Skills/Experience:

12+ years in procurement and inventory transformation consulting, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion

Cloud.

Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and transition planningnot just implementation.

Deep understanding of Fusion Procurement and Inventory modules and their integration capabilities.

Experience in developing RFPs and supporting vendor selection processes.

Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
