SAP Finance Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a true SAP Finance Consultant with approximately 6–7 years of relevant SAP experience for a client in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a strong consulting mindset, combining functional expertise in SAP Finance with the ability to operate effectively in client-facing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Finance implementations and enhancements across client engagements
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Deliver high-quality client-facing outputs including presentations, workshops, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and other business functions where relevant
• Contribute to Agile project environments, supporting iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Identify and support automation opportunities within finance processes
• Ensure timely and high-standard delivery across project milestones

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–7 years of experience within SAP, with a strong focus on SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• Proven consulting experience, ideally within a professional services or client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of finance processes with exposure to procurement processes as an advantage
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Exposure to automation initiatives within finance or ERP landscapes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations and client deliverables
• Demonstrated ownership, proactivity, and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the aviation or airline industry
• Prior exposure to large-scale transformation programs
• SAP S/4HANA project experience
