Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in management consulting and a proven track record leading large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs. This individual will spearhead the establishment and operation of a Transformation Management Office (TMO) and oversee the full lifecycle of a major enterprise-wide ERP initiative, including program governance, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and data governance. Beyond this engagement, the Program Manager will continue to lead strategic transformation initiatives across various clients and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Governance
Establish and operate a full-scale Transformation Management Office (TMO) to manage end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation initiatives.
Develop and oversee program governance structures, operating models, and decision-making protocols.
Lead the development of a master plan for program milestones, risk and issue management (RAID), and cross-functional dependencies.
ERP Implementation Oversight
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the selection, implementation, and integration of Oracle ERP (Fusion) across functions including Finance, HCM, Procurement, and Planning.
Lead the preparation of RFPs for system integrators, evaluate bids, and manage third-party vendors.
Validate and oversee the delivery of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) objects in line with business requirements.
Business Process Optimization
Lead gap analyses between legacy systems and new ERP functionalities.
Validate and refine To-Be business processes aligned with industry best practices and standards (e.g., APQC, ISO 55000).
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process standardization and optimization.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Define and implement a comprehensive ERP Quality Assurance strategy.
Review and validate all system integrator deliverables including design documents, test cases, UAT scripts, cutover plans, and training materials.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Management & Governance
Design and execute a robust data governance and cleansing strategy.
Conduct as-is data assessments and support business functions in developing data quality improvement roadmaps.
Oversee data migration planning, metadata documentation, and the development of business glossaries and data catalogs.
Change Management & Learning
Lead organizational change management initiatives including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
Support learning and development strategies in coordination with the system integrator and internal teams.
Track adoption metrics and benefit realization tied to business transformation objectives.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
10+ years of experience in management consulting, with significant client-facing responsibilities.
Proven track record managing at least 3 full-cycle, large-scale Oracle ERP (Fusion or EBS) implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms and enterprise architecture, particularly in Finance, HCM, Procurement, and Planning.
Expertise in establishing and running Transformation or Program Management Offices (TMO/PMO).
Deep experience in ERP quality assurance, data governance, and process improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-suite engagement.
Preferred:
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Familiarity with APQC, ISO standards, and BPM tools.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
Exposure to public utilities, infrastructure, or similar regulated industries.
